Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of LeagueFrenzy, a fantasy-football draft-tools product operated by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC (“LeagueFrenzy,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, connecting a league, or purchasing a Season Pass, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LeagueFrenzy connects to your fantasy-football league on a supported third-party platform (such as Sleeper or MyFantasyLeague) and builds draft boards, player rankings, and projections adjusted for your league’s actual scoring and roster rules. Some features are free; others require a paid Season Pass.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Notify us via the support form if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in violation of any law, or in violation of the terms of the third-party platform whose league data you connect;
  • access or connect a league you are not authorized to access, or use another person’s platform credentials without permission;
  • scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from our rankings, projections, or other output;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data; or
  • upload malicious code or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Third-party platform connections

When you connect a league, you authorize us to access the league data that platform exposes for your account, including rosters, scoring settings, and, where applicable, an access token used to sync your league. Your use of each third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. How we handle the data we receive is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your rankings and edits

By using the tools — re-ranking players, drawing tiers, setting lineups, making lists, or flagging players — you grant LeagueFrenzy a narrow, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those submissions in aggregate and de-identified form to improve the service for all members. We do not sell the submissions. We do not publish them as yours. Using your own history to personalize your boards and rankings is separate and does not need other users.

6. Season Pass and payment

The Season Pass is an annual subscription priced at $39.99per year. A pass runs for twelve months from the day you buy it and renews on that date each year until canceled. You may cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next annual charge: from your account billing settings if you subscribed on the web, or from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed inside the mobile app. Web payments are processed by Stripe and we do not store your full card details; in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing for future billing periods.

7. No warranty on projections and rankings

LeagueFrenzy’s projections, rankings, values, and draft recommendations are estimates for informational purposes only. Fantasy sports involve chance and events we cannot predict. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any projection or ranking, and we make no promise about your fantasy results. The service and all of its output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for your own draft and roster decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The LeagueFrenzy name, logo, software, and the rankings and projections we generate are owned by Aspiretoachieve Studios LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for managing your own fantasy leagues. Underlying player statistics may originate from third-party data sources and remain subject to their licenses.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the disclaimers and the limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Affiliate and promotional disclosures

If you promote LeagueFrenzy under an affiliate, referral, or similar arrangement and receive a commission or other material connection, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in every endorsement, review, or promotional post, consistent with the FTC Endorsement Guides. You must not present yourself as an ordinary unpaid user. Failure to disclose is a violation of these Terms and grounds to end the relationship.

Where we pay a commission, it is 20% of the first collected USD Season Pass checkout that redeems your tracking code. Renewals are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refunded or charged-back purchases are not commissionable; we may withhold or claw back amounts tied to them. Program details are on the affiliate program page.
